Directions:
Dispense cream into the palm of the hand and rub

Duration:
Menstruating Women: Apply on the 12th day after
the first day of the menstrual flow through the 27th day.
Menopausal Women: Apply for a maximum of 25 consecutive days. Resume after a
five-day break.
