Alkazyme is a unique blend of enzymes combined with the

Whole Leaf Powder
is derived from dehydrating the grass, and then grinding it into a powder.
Although there is fiber content in whole leaf powder, our bodies can't
digest these cellulose fibers. The typical ratio is 5:1, meaning that it
takes 5 lbs of grass to create 1 lb of powder.
Juice Powder
is derived from
juicing the grass, and then dehydrating the juice under low heat in order to
extract the water content. What is left is a super concentrated form of
juice powder with no cellulose fibers. The ratio of
juice powder is 33:1, meaning that it takes 33 lbs of grass to create 1 lb
of powder.
Alkalive is made of a blend of juice powder and whole leaf
powder to create a 20:1 ratio. We take special care during our manufacturing
process to insure the nutritional integrity of all of the the ingredients in Alkalive™. Here's our process:

The
organically grown grasses are harvested at a height of 14-22 inches.

The
plants are washed in water and ozone to remove any surface particles.

The
plants are crushed using a screw-press mechanism.

The
indigestible fibers are screened out of the juice.
-
Extracted juice is chilled to 60° F and transported by vacuum to
dehydration chambers.

Drying is done within minutes in an 88° F vacuum chamber. This low heat
process insures that the active enzymes are protected.

Drying removes 94% of the moisture.

The
powder is then encapsulated and bottled.

This
process is done indoors without exposure to sunlight.
